Took his class over the summer and had a really good experience. Kind, helpful, and very easy to reach. He gives really thoughtful and detailed feedback on papers and clearly cares about students doing well. Would definitely take his class again if possible

You don't really need to do any of the readings in this class, especially if you are a bit familiar with the philosophers or political scientists beforehand. The midterm and final are both essays that feel fairly easy to complete based on all of the lectures. The class is not very hard and I found it interesting!
